HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The program runs over six weeks, allowing time to apply feedback, build confidence, and track improvement.
1.5-Hour PROGRESSION Sessions
Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes one or many of the following:

Where sessions are filmed, a personalised video analysis is recorded and sent to you via Vimeo.
This allows you to revisit coaching points and continue working on them between sessions.
WE'RE MOBILE!
Sessions are mobile, moving to the best sandbank and conditions on the day to maximise the conditions on offer.
Final locations are communicated prior to each session.


EARLY MORNING SESSIONS
Sessions start at 6:30am, making the most of quieter conditions, cleaner surf, and low UV.

Your own surfboard and wetsuit. A willingness to learn and apply feedback. Consistent attendance across the six weeks.

No. This is a progression-focused program, not an introduction to surfing. It’s designed for women who already surf and want to improve technique, confidence, and consistency through structured coaching.
Each 1.5-hour session includes a combination of technical drills, coaching from the beach, in-water feedback, and video analysis. Coaching is adapted to the conditions and individual needs of the group.

Yes. All participants must bring their own board, wetsuit, and surf equipment. This ensures you’re learning on the gear you regularly surf on and helps progression carry over into your own sessions.
